We're a small team and can't offer one-to-one tech support, but we do read every question, and common ones become new guides. You'll get a faster answer by:
- Running your report through the free DxDiag Report Reader and pasting its summary into your email, instead of attaching the full DxDiag.txt.
- Telling us the exact error message and what you were doing when it appeared.
- Checking the guides first, especially reading the Notes box and fixing missing DLL errors.
Before you send a report: remove the Machine name and Machine Id lines. We never need them. How to redact a DxDiag report.
